Retired IT equipment, picked up and wiped clean.
We collect old computers, laptops, servers and network gear from Central Valley businesses, erase every drive with a certificate to prove it, then resell or responsibly recycle the rest.
Four steps to a clean closet and a paper trail.
You send a rough count. We handle the pickup, the wiping and the paperwork you can hand to an auditor.

A rough count is enough. Use the form below or email us.

We tell you upfront whether your pickup is free or a flat fee. No surprises on the day.
We pick it up
We inventory serial numbers on site, you sign the chain of custody, and data-bearing devices stay locked.
You get the paperwork
A data sanitization certificate listing every drive, plus a final report of what was reused or recycled.
One local team, from pickup to paperwork.
The same team picks up, wipes and documents your equipment, so nothing changes hands without a record.
Pickup & removal
Desktops, laptops, servers, switches, monitors and printers, collected from your site and documented at the door.
Data sanitization
Every drive is erased following NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 and verified, with a certificate listing each serial number.
Drive destruction
Drives that fail verification, or that you want destroyed, go to a certified destruction partner with serialized certificates.
Reuse first
Working equipment is wiped, tested and resold, keeping it out of landfills and lowering your cost.
Responsible recycling
Anything we can't reuse goes intact to a California DTSC-notified downstream recycler. Nothing goes to the trash.
Compliance paperwork
Chain-of-custody forms, sanitization certificates and final reports for your records and auditors. BAA available for healthcare.
Built for offices that hold sensitive data.
California law requires personal data to be unreadable before disposal, and old drives count.
IT companies and MSPs: ask about our referral program for your clients' hardware refreshes.
If it plugs in, we probably take it.
Not sure about something? Include it in your count and we'll tell you.

Common questions
Is pickup really free?
For qualifying loads, yes. Send your list and we'll confirm before we schedule anything.
How do you handle our data?
Data-bearing devices are logged by serial number at pickup and kept locked in transit and storage. Each drive is erased following NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 and verified. Drives that can't be verified are destroyed through a certified partner. You receive a certificate listing every serial number. We never browse or copy customer data.
What paperwork do we get?
A signed chain-of-custody form at pickup, a data sanitization certificate, and a final report showing what was reused or recycled, with the recycler's certificate attached.
Can we keep our hard drives or watch them destroyed?
Yes. Tell us when we reply to your request, and we'll plan the pickup around wipe-and-certify, physical destruction, or returning your drives.
We're a healthcare practice. Will you sign a BAA?
Yes, we can sign a business associate agreement before handling equipment that may contain patient data.
Do you take leased equipment?
Only with the leasing company's written release. Leased copiers and computers usually need to go back to the lessor, so please flag them on your list.
